I’ve been really enjoying the Rise Nutrition Female-Optimized Beef Organs supplement so far. I was looking for a natural way to support my energy and overall wellness, and this feels like a great addition to my routine. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s made specifically with women in mind.It’s still early, but I’ve been feeling more balanced and energized throughout the day. I took my time to try this out before making a review.I had been experiencing some irregularities in my cycle, mainly with starting becoming slow, spotty and adding a few days to the end of each cycle.I decided I was going to start this on my first day after my period and see how if I noticed any difference by the start of my next cycle.I took just 1 a day in the morning, every day. No funky taste or negatives to report.At the start of my cycle this month I did not have a dragged out stop/start spotting i had been experiencing in the last 6 months. In fact, I started 2 days earlier. Not heavier, no more symptoms than I would typically experience.I did notice that my PMS was almost non existent, almost no bloating, no cramps, and I actually felt more energized than I would usually at the beginning of a cycle.Throughout the month I did actually feel like I had a little more motivation, less fatigue. It does say take 1-2 daily and Ive just stuck to 1. Idk if 2 would increase the benifits ive noticed already, but i think for me 1 is good.There is still lots left in the bottle too.One other thing to note, I have hypothyroidism and there was a concern with my Dr. about of if these contained thyroid there may be an impact on my medication. But after investing, these do not contain thyroid and do not have an effect on my medication.

As someone who's looked into organ meats and I can confirm there's a lot of benefits to ingesting them but I can also say that actually eating such meats can be very difficult and I personally couldn't stomach it. So when I saw this supplement I was very excited to try it as it's actually quite a unique blend and claims to be designed with womens health in particular. The bottle of supplements come very well sealed and had everything you'd want to see as far as sterilization goes. When I opened the bottle it definitely has a beef organ smell which I'm used to so I didn't mind, but it also gave a good piece of mind this was indeed properly sealed and that the capsules were kept fresh. The capsules themselves don't have a taste though and are very small which makes it very easy to shallow. I do take the recommended dosage (one in the morning and one I'm the evening) and after a week I will say I have a bit more energy, which may be a placebo but I'd still say it counts for something. Another thing I've noticed is my face has actually cleared up more then usual which is an unexpected perk and I'm sure it's the supplements as it's the only new thing I've started using.Overall I think it's worth trying these and personally I'm going to be getting these again!

The capsules are a small size with a mild scent and no flavour. I like to take beef organs freeze dried in capsule form as I don't enjoy the flavour of organ meats (not to mention it's difficult to source female specific organs) but I find that they're an excellent source of nutrition for my body. I haven't been taking this supplement long enough to be able to say how it's working for me, but I have not experienced any unpleasant effects. My experience with taking a beef organ supplement targeted to women in the past was good - it seemed to help with the regularity of my cycle.This particular brand seems reputable. The packaging was good, labelling proper, and it was properly sealed with moisture control and an expiry over 2 years away. I appreciate that the beef is grass pastured and finished (New Zealand or Australia) which generally makes for a clean, healthy and happier animal.

I've been on a self journey lately to get my health back on track after years of neglect through working fulltime and raising children at the same time. My wife had been looking at getting beef organ supplements for a while to try them. When I saw this one, I ordered it so that she could give it a try. The capsules are easy to take and my wife enjoys taking them.The capsules arrive in a small plastic bottle. The cap has a safety on it so has to be pushed down and twisted to open. Under the cap there’s a seal that has to be removed. Once you have the seal off, the capsules are in there with a silica gel pack.The capsules themselves are clear so you can see the brown supplement powder inside. My wife doesn’t like taking huge capsules so she appreciates that these are small and manageable. There’s also no strange taste so she has no issues taking them on a regular basis. So far, she feels great!Overall, these are good size capsules that are easy to take and my wife is very happy with them. If you’ve been wanting to try beef organ supplements, I can recommend giving these a try!
