Our Commitment

At Rise Nutrition, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from risenutritions.ca
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided

We are unable to accept returns on opened products due to the nature of health and food supplements, unless the product is defective or damaged.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at ray@risenutritions.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at ray@risenutritions.ca with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.


Faire Orders

For orders placed through Faire, please refer to Faire's return policy for your first order (free returns on opening orders). Subsequent orders follow our standard policy above.
