The bottle of supplements come very well sealed and had everything you'd want to see as far as sterilization goes. When I opened the bottle it definitely has a beef organ smell which I'm used to so I didn't mind, but it also gave a good piece of mind this was indeed properly sealed and that the capsules were kept fresh. The capsules themselves don't have a taste though and are very small which makes it very easy to shallow. I do take the recommended dosage (one in the morning and one I'm the evening) and after a week I will say I have a bit more energy, which may be a placebo but I'd still say it counts for something. Another thing I've noticed is my face has actually cleared up more then usual which is an unexpected perk and I'm sure it's the supplements as it's the only new thing I've started using.Overall I think it's worth trying these and personally I'm going to be getting these again!
