4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion
  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it

5. Shipping

We ship across Canada from our facility in Toronto, Ontario. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Rise Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

For US and international orders, please visit our Faire storefront. Cross-border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at risenutritions.ca/policies/refund-policy. By placing an order you agree to the terms of that policy.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photography, and brand assets — is the property of Rise Nutrition and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
