Yes. Our organ supplement capsules carry Natural Product Numbers (NPNs) issued by Health Canada, confirming they meet Canadian safety, efficacy, and quality standards. You can find the NPN on every product label.

Grass-fed means the animals were raised on pasture and fed grass. Grass-finished means they ate only grass their entire lives — never grain or feedlot corn, even in the final weeks before harvest. Most "grass-fed" supplements on the market use grain-finished animals. Ours are both grass-fed and grass-finished.

No. Our organ capsules contain only the organ itself — no magnesium stearate, rice flour, silicon dioxide, or any other filler. If you flip our bottle over and read the ingredient list, it will have one or two ingredients and nothing else.

Our organs are freeze-dried at low temperatures, not heat-processed. Heat processing destroys heat-sensitive enzymes, co-factors, and many vitamins. Freeze-drying preserves the full nutritional profile of the raw organ while removing moisture for stability and shelf life.

Our Grass-Fed Beef Organs contains: beef liver, beef heart, beef kidney, beef pancreas, and beef spleen — all from Canadian, North American, and New Zealand grass-fed, grass-finished cattle. Each organ contributes a distinct nutrient profile. Liver is the most nutrient-dense food in existence. Heart is the richest dietary source of CoQ10. Kidney provides the full B-vitamin complex. Pancreas contains natural digestive enzymes. Spleen is the richest source of heme iron.

Women's Organ Complex is formulated around the specific nutrient priorities for women: hormonal balance, iron, folate, and fertility support. It includes beef liver (folate, iron, B12), beef heart (CoQ10), beef kidney (B complex), and bovine uterus — a traditional whole-food source that supports uterine health. It contains no synthetic folate (folic acid) — only natural food-form folate from liver.

Bovine colostrum is the first milk produced by cows in the hours after calving. It is naturally rich in immunoglobulins (IgG), lactoferrin, growth factors (IGF-1, TGF-beta), and proline-rich polypeptides (PRPs). Our colostrum is sourced from Canadian dairy farms, first milking only. Take 1 tsp (5g) mixed into water, coffee, a smoothie, or any beverage — hot or cold — once daily. It has a mild, slightly sweet dairy flavour.

Our Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin dissolves in warm liquid and gels when chilled. Use it to make homemade gummies, panna cotta, bone broth-based soups, or any recipe requiring a natural thickener. Mix 1 tbsp into warm liquid, stir until fully dissolved, then allow to set. It should not be added to cold liquid directly as it will clump. For a non-gelling option that blends into cold drinks, look for collagen peptides (hydrolyzed collagen) instead.

No. Our Egg White Protein is made from real Canadian egg whites and is not suitable for anyone with an egg or poultry allergy. If you have any concerns or a known allergy, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Take 6 capsules per day — our standard serving. You can take them all at once or split across meals. Most people take them with food, which can improve absorption and reduce any initial digestive adjustment. There is no strict best time of day; consistency matters more than timing. If you're new to organ supplements, start with 2–3 capsules per day for the first week and build up.

Yes. Our products are designed to complement each other. Many customers stack Beef Organs with Colostrum for gut and immune support, or combine Egg White Protein with Gelatin for a complete amino acid profile. The one caution: if you're taking multiple organ products, be mindful of total vitamin A intake from liver. If in doubt, consult your healthcare provider — especially if pregnant.

Yes. The capsules are bovine gelatin and the contents are simply freeze-dried organ powder. You can open them and mix the powder into food or drinks. The flavour is mild and slightly savory. Some people add it to scrambled eggs, soups, or smoothies.

Most people report noticeable changes in energy, sleep quality, and mental clarity within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Deeper benefits — hormone balance, iron levels, skin, and hair — typically become apparent after 6–8 weeks. Organ supplements are food, not stimulants; the results build gradually and compound over time. Give it a full 30 days before evaluating.

No refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — a cupboard or pantry is ideal. Do not store in a bathroom or near a stovetop. Once opened, keep the lid tightly sealed. Shelf life is typically 2 years from the manufacturing date; check the expiry on your bottle.

Our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified Canadian facility that conducts in-process and finished-product testing for identity, potency, and contaminants. Our sourcing prioritizes farms with established animal welfare and traceability standards. We do not currently publish third-party Certificates of Analysis publicly, but we are happy to provide them on request.

Yes. The cattle used in our organ supplements are raised without antibiotics and without synthetic growth hormones. Pasture-raised, grass-finished cattle raised on open land have far lower disease burden than feedlot animals, which eliminates the need for routine antibiotic use.

All Rise Nutrition products are manufactured in Canada in a GMP-certified facility. We source from Canadian, North American, and New Zealand farms. Manufactured in Canada means every step — encapsulation, quality testing, and labelling — happens here.

Our products contain real food — organ meats that have been part of traditional diets during pregnancy for centuries. However, liver is high in preformed vitamin A (retinol), and excessive vitamin A supplementation is not recommended during pregnancy. We recommend consulting your OB, midwife, or naturopathic doctor before adding any supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Many practitioners actively recommend our Women's Organ Complex as a prenatal alternative.

Our products are formulated for adults 18+. Parents have given their children desiccated organ supplements for generations — liver in particular was historically a staple for children. That said, we recommend speaking with your child's pediatrician before introducing any supplement, and adjusting serving size by body weight.

If you are managing a medical condition or taking prescription medication, speak with your healthcare provider before adding any supplement. Our products are whole-food concentrates, not pharmaceuticals, but nutrient-dense foods can interact with medications (for example, high vitamin K foods like liver can affect blood thinners).
