Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — refund, exchange, or store credit, your choice.
To start a return, email ray@risenutritions.ca with your order number and reason for returning. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
