By using risenutrition.ca and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We've written them plainly on purpose — the same way we label our products.

Our Products

Rise Nutrition products are whole-food supplements and cooking fats made from single, traceable ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you're managing a health condition or taking medications, speak with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement. Our products are intended for healthy adults 18 years of age and older. Results vary between individuals.

Ordering

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion — for example, if a pricing error has occurred, if an item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders ship on your selected frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel any future shipment any time before it processes through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation requests must be received before the next shipment date to take effect for that cycle.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for storing our products correctly (cool, dry, away from direct sunlight), following suggested use guidelines, and keeping products out of reach of children. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse, improper storage, or use contrary to label directions.

Intellectual Property

Our branding, product photography, copy, and website design belong to Rise Nutrition. Reproduction for commercial use without our written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Canadian law, Rise Nutrition's liability for any claim arising from use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.
