We ship across Canada and the contiguous United States. Our goal is to get your order to you fast, fresh, and intact.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

U.S. Shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees — these are rare for supplement orders but possible.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak season volume can affect delivery times.
Tracking
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't updated within 48 hours, contact the carrier directly — most delays are resolved quickly once flagged.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived: check with neighbours and building management, wait 24 hours (packages are sometimes scanned before final delivery), then contact us at ray@risenutritions.ca. We'll investigate and reship or refund if the carrier can't resolve it within 3 business days.
Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us before your order ships. We cannot redirect packages once in transit.
Packaging
Our products ship in minimal, recyclable packaging. We don't use more than we need to — same principle as the products themselves.
