You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund for any reason. We don't require you to ship the product back. We don't ask for lengthy explanations. You tried it, it didn't work for you — that's enough.
One refund per product, per household.
How to Request
Email us at ray@risenutritions.ca with your order number and which product you'd like refunded. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Subscribe & Save Orders
Our 30-day guarantee applies to each individual shipment. Cancel or pause any time before your next charge. Refund requests for subscription orders follow the same process as one-time purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or with the wrong items — photograph it and email us immediately. We'll reship or refund at no cost.
What We Don't Cover
- Products damaged due to improper storage (heat, direct sunlight, moisture)
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery
- Gift cards
- Repeat refund requests for the same product in the same household
Why 30 Days?
We could offer 14 days and most customers would never know the difference. We chose 30 because that's how long it takes to actually feel whether a supplement is working for you. If you're not seeing the difference you expected, we'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that didn't deliver.
