Questions
Who do you approve for wholesale?
Canadian brick-and-mortar retailers (health food stores, butcher shops, farm shops, gyms, wellness clinics, pharmacies) and established Canadian online shops with a real storefront presence. We don’t approve marketplace-only resellers such as Amazon, eBay or Walmart Marketplace. You’ll need a GST/HST or business number so we can confirm you’re buying for resale.
What are the margins and minimums?
We keep one flat margin across the whole line, with a modest opening minimum and a lower one on reorders. There are no rigid case packs, just a small per-product minimum so your shelf gets a real facing rather than a single unit. Exact pricing, margin and minimums are shared with your approval, alongside the full line sheet.
How does ordering actually work?
Approval unlocks our private wholesale portal. Log in with your approved email, shop the line at wholesale pricing through our normal checkout, and your order history stays in your account for easy reorders.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $500. Below that it is a flat $25 anywhere in Canada, and a flat $50 to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. We ship from Toronto and most provinces see delivery in 2 to 5 business days.
How do we pay?
Orders are paid by card at checkout, which is what keeps pricing simple. If your store needs something different, email ray@risenutritions.ca and we’ll talk it through.
Do you provide marketing support?
Yes. Product photography, shelf-talker copy, and education one-pagers on request. Approved stockists are also pinned on the Where to Buy map our customers use to find local shelves.
We’re outside Canada. Can we still carry Rise?
We’re onboarding Canadian retailers first. International inquiries are welcome at ray@risenutritions.ca and we’ll reach out as regions open.

The portal above is for Canadian retailers, where we ship direct. If you are outside Canada, order through Faire instead. They handle the terms, the currency and the cross-border logistics, so you are not waiting on a customs broker.
