What to weigh
- The men’s side differs most: Heart & Soil and Ancestral use testicle based formulas; Rise uses a five organ blend and makes no testicle product.
- Bottle size: the Women’s Formula is a 60 capsule bottle, smaller than the 180 capsule rival bottles.
- For Canadians: Rise is the only set that ships from Canada and the only one with colostrum.
