What we send
Recurring automated marketing and account texts from Rise Nutrition, including offers and discount codes, new products and restock alerts, reminders about items left in your cart, refill reminders, and order and delivery updates.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most subscribers receive about 4 to 8 messages per month.
Cost
Rise Nutrition does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
How to opt in
You can join by entering your mobile number in a sign up form on risenutritions.ca or by checking the text message box at checkout. You may be asked to reply Y to confirm. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START.

Who can join
The program is available to mobile numbers in Canada. You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory to join.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
