Shipping policy

Overview

Rise Nutrition ships all orders from our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.


Where We Ship

Canada: We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

United States & International: We do not ship directly to the US or internationally from risenutritions.ca. US and international customers can order through our Faire storefront, where cross-border fulfillment, duties, and customs are handled directly.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.


Carriers

We ship via Canada Post and select courier partners depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the door:

  • We will contact you by email to arrange reshipment
  • Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rise Nutrition is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbours and building management
  2. Wait 2 additional business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  3. Contact us at ray@risenutritions.ca if the package still has not arrived

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Rise Nutrition is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the correct address.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email ray@risenutritions.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Canadian Public Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on the following Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day:

New Year's Day · Family Day (Ontario) · Good Friday · Victoria Day · Canada Day · Civic Holiday (Ontario) · Labour Day · Thanksgiving · Remembrance Day · Christmas Day · Boxing Day
